This notice applies to termish.dev, separately from the Termish app. The site remembers your language choice in local storage. This is a preference, not a visitor identifier. The website does not use advertising cookies or tracking fingerprints.
When website measurement is enabled, we count page views, deliberate demo playback, Android download-link clicks and iOS contact-link clicks. The event data contains only the event type, page language, a coarse campaign source and the location of the control. Unknown campaign sources are grouped as “other”. Full URLs, referrers, IP addresses, device identifiers, terminal content and credentials are not included in these event records. Automated video previews are not counted as deliberate playback. A click does not mean a download finished or an app was installed.
These events are processed using Cloudflare Analytics Engine. Measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If measurement is disabled, the page sends no event reports. Cloudflare also handles network information necessary to deliver and protect the site; this is separate from these event records.
The Android QR code points directly to the APK; scans are not included in website click counts. Email links open your email app; nothing is submitted until you send a message. Questions: icelew.2025@gmail.com.
